Terms and Conditions   Deposit   A 50% deposit of the reservation amount is required at booking to hold your unit Deposits must be paid with a credit card - Visa and MasterCard accepted A security deposit is required before check in and varies depending upon the unit   Rental Amounts and Payment   The balance of all payments must be paid 30 days prior to arrival 2 Bedroom unit rates are based upon a 4 guests occupancy.  If your party is greater than  4 guest, please confirm your actual rate. Discounts cannot be combined A room tax of 12% will be added to your reservation amount (subject to change without notice)   Cancellation   If you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the reservation total.  The minimum cancellation fee is 35.00. If you cancel your reservation without 30 days prior notice, NO refund will be available. Alaska Bed & Roses does understand that emergencies arise and plans change.  If we are able to resell your reservation a partial refund may be available.  We consider these cancellations on a case by case basis and make no guarantee on any available refund.   Check In   Check in time is after 4:00 P.M. If your plans change and your check in is much later in the day or evening, we request that you contact us at 907-360-6262.   Check Out   Check out time is 11:00 A.M. of your scheduled departure date.   Your Stay   An additional bed or roll away is available for some units for $15 per night or $40 per week. Smoking is not permitted in any unit or building complex.  Outdoor smoking areas are available.  If smoking is detected in the non smoking areas you will be charged a fee of $250 to $450 depending on the unit. We will charge this fee to your credit card or reduce it from your security deposit refund. You will also be responsible for any lost reservations due to extended cleaning requirements. We prohibit the use of candles or indoor grills. Units are unhosted. Management is available from 8am till 9pm and for any emergency. Management can be contacted at 907-360-6262. We require at least one adult over 18 in each unit rented.  Minors may not occupy any unit unsupervised at any time. Your unit will be clean when you arrive. If your reservation is for less than 10 days, no additional housekeeping services will be provided.  For reservations longer than 10 days, you will receive a weekly cleaning which includes light dusting, vacuuming and linen change.  Additional housekeeping services can be arranged at an additional cost.
